Refund policy

Registration and payment

Registration for the Spring Rally 2027 and the Saturday options is confirmed by the non-profit association Retromobile Dreams Koksijde upon receipt of full payment. Your registration is only validated, at the rate chosen, once full payment has been received. Prices include VAT. An invoice is issued on request (tick the box when registering), for example for a registration in a company’s name.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. Registration for the rally and the options (hotel, dinner) therefore does not give rise to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Cancellation by the participant

Any cancellation request must be sent in writing via our contact form, stating the order number. No refund is granted in the event of cancellation or non-participation on the participant’s side, including when the car is not admitted to the start because it does not meet the conditions of participation. With the organisers’ prior agreement, your registration may be transferred to another crew whose car meets the conditions of participation.

Cancellation or changes by the organisers

If the rally has to be cancelled by the organisers due to force majeure, the amounts paid for registration and options are refunded in full. If the programme changes (times, route, venues), the organisers will inform participants as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account used for payment, or via the payment method used, within 30 days.
